Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a free estimate?

We will provide any customer with a free estimate for our services. That estimate will be itemized with any discounts attached. The estimate will be for the price of work to be performed on your home.

Who is the PWNA?

PWNA or Power Washers of North America is the recognized leader in developing and communicating the highest standards in ethical business practices, environmental awareness, and safety through continuing education and active representation of membership. PWNA educated and trained contractors raise the level of professionalism in the power washing business. As stated on this site numerous times; Arnold Powerwash is the FIRST member of Power Washers of North America (PWNA) in the State of Delaware certified in wood restoration. We are also one of only three companies in the State of Delaware who hold membership in this national organization.

Can you power wash in the winter?

Yes, although extremely cold, we can power wash during the winter months provided the weather is not below or fall below freezing temperatures. Temperatures will play a major role in restoration. Please contact us if you wish to have something power washed during the winter months.

What can be power washed?

In this site we have listed the various facilities and items that can be power washed. Please review that list at services. Questions about wood restoration can be directed to the page on restoration. If you have a question on whether we can power wash an item simply contact us.

On the home page you mentioned this was an opportunity for bi-vocational work for a minister. What does that mean?

Arnold Powerwash is not affiliated with any religious organization. However, the owner and president is a minister of a Southern Baptist church. As a minister of a small congregation, the church does not have the funds to pay for a full time minister. This business supplements the family income. Arnold Powerwash has been established with the hopes of training other ministers in the PWNA certified business practices. Thus, the business will allow a minister to supplement his income but still have the freedom to meet the needs of his congregation.
